Chinese version of the classic Japanese ‘twiggy’ green tea. From Zhejiang Province, plucked in spring, the leaves are steamed, dried and rolled, producing long flat emerald green leaves, after brewing release a soft, mild and finely spicy taste in a green-yellow cup
