Bullion Chocolate from Sheffield are bean to bar craft chocolate makers specialising in taking a hands-on approach to discover and unlock the ‘hidden gold’ in cacao.
Seville was the first port in Europe to receive cacao from the Americas. Paying homage, this bar is studded with shards of their prized oranges.
Origin: 70% Ecuador, Santo Domingo.
Ingredients: Cocoa Beans, Cocoa Butter, Cane Sugar & Orange.
