Named for the dark roasting style common in southern Italy, this deep roast demands beans that are strong enough to hold up to the traditional Italian espresso.
An original blend of beans from four different origins, roasted separately to bring out their best attributes. From lightly roasted Kenya to produce a fresh and vibrant acidity to an intensely high-roasted Colombian known for it’s smoky traits. Combining sharp acidity with rich full body for a vibrant, glossy drink, ideal for the after dinner.
