Description
Taste: Strong body and earthy tone
Pu Erh tea is post fermented, meaning it is left to age longer than a black tea. Like an aged whiskey, this gives the tea a deeper, stronger flavour said to improve over time. Pu Erh is also known for it’s health benefits and for improving mental alertness. It is naturally lower in caffeine than black tea.
Its has a fruity, woody aroma and earthy tones with notes of cherry and forest fruits. Pu Erh is rich with antioxidants which makes this both good for the body as well as the soul.
