This tea is a Chinese version of Japan’s classic Sencha, crafted in Zhejiang Province. Plucked in spring, the tender leaves are steamed, dried, and rolled into long, flat shapes with a rich emerald-green colour. When brewed, they produce a light green-yellow cup with a soft, mellow taste and delicate spice.
Brew 2 teaspoons in 85–90°C water for up to 2 minutes to preserve its natural sweetness and aroma. Enjoy it without milk to experience its full freshness and balance.
