Our Kendal Mint Cake Tea is a combination of our popular Lakeland Special tea, blended with real pure peppermint leaves and pieces of locally made Kendal mint cake. A real local blend, we couldn’t resist combining our favourite house blend tea with this sugary, minty bar, made famous by Edmund Hillary, who took the sweet treat for extra fuel whilst scaling Everest. This makes a wonderful and unusual gift or souvenir from the town, or just a delicious sweet and minty drink for you! Enjoy hot or brewed in a small amount of water and poured over ice for a refreshing iced tea, with sliced strawberry to garnish. Forget Pims, this would be a hit at any summer garden party!
