Peaberry is a particular type of coffee bean, formed when the two seeds of a berry fuse into a single tiny oval bean rather than the usual two flat-faced sides. Many consider Peaberries to be more flavourful than regular varieties of beans as why they are often separated from the rest of the harvest and sold separately.
